Transfer Service Agreement
1. Parties

Company: Airveravip Transfer
Airveravip Transfer, which provides online airport transfer reservation services through this website, shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Service Provider."
The person making the reservation and all passengers included in the same booking shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Customer."
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically between the Service Provider and the Customer.
It regulates the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the airport transfer service booked through https://airveravip.com.
3. Duration of the Agreement
This agreement becomes effective once the reservation has been confirmed by Airveravip.
It expires after the transfer service has been completed on the reserved date and time.
4. Payment Terms
Cash Payment
If the Customer selects Cash to the Driver during the reservation process, the full payment must be made directly to the driver during the transfer.
Customers requiring an invoice should indicate this in the Notes section during reservation.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
More than 24 hours before the transfer → 100% refund
Between 12–24 hours → 75% refund
Between 1–12 hours → 50% refund
Less than 1 hour before the transfer or no-show → No refund
Customers who fail to use the service may receive a 50% discount on their next one-way transfer.
6. General Terms
In case of traffic accidents, heavy traffic, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather conditions, security measures or other force majeure events, Airveravip will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle.
If no replacement vehicle can be arranged, the full amount paid will be refunded.
All passengers are covered by transportation insurance within the limits of the applicable insurance policy.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected during reservation is used solely for providing transfer services.
Airveravip never shares customer information with third parties for commercial purposes.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya.
By completing a reservation, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this agreement and all terms published on https://airveravip.com.
9. Effective Date
This agreement enters into force upon electronic approval and remains valid until the transfer service has been completed.
